TAMP's Essential Notification

Use ENS for rapid and automated delivery of voice notifications for emergencies
and general announcements, as well as voicemail recovery. The cost for ENS is similar
to cell phone plans, which makes it cost-effective. With ENS, you'll be able to
notify teams or groups of people in a flash. And, you be able to failover your existing
voicemail system for disaster recovery.

Why use BCM Consulting Services:
Many companies are focused on revenue producing activities and tasks, or just don't
have the in-house resources to accomplish and complete a BCM project. Most times,
the best way to get busy people to participate in a BCM project is to engage a consulting
firm.

TAMP's Turnkey Planning Service
TAMP provides a turnkey planning solution, in which we manage and complete the planning
process for our clients. This is an excellent alternative for companies that need
to focus on their core business responsibilities.
Our 6-phase project methodology and toolset has been proven extremely effective
time and time again. Here's a brief:
Phase I - Foundation. Utilizing proven techniques and tools, we establish
a solid foundation, which is essential to the success of a BCM project.
Phase II - Identification. In this phase, we identify and gather the information
required for the project. For most BCM projects, we accomplish a risk/threat assessment,
business impact analysis (BIA), supply chain impact analysis, etc. Among other data,
we identify resource and dependency information as well as the maximum
allowable downtimes (MADs), recovery time objectives
(RTOs) and recovery point objectives (RPOs).
Phase III - Decision. Armed with the knowledge we have gathered in the Identification
phase, we're now able to recommend the recovery strategies that will achieve the
recovery and continuity objectives. We also pre-determine who will do what and how; and create the recovery team
scheme. Along with several other important decisions, we analyze and report on gaps
in areas such as the supply chain, desired verse achievable MADs, RTOs and RPOs, etc.
Phase IV - Documentation. The information gathered and the decisions made
are documented in a readily-usable format so that the resulting Plans are of value
in time of crisis. Easily reference-able and comprehensive Plan manual(s) as well
as "Wallet Card Plans" are developed and delivered in this phase.
Phase V - Practice. Most people think that the job is done when the Plans
are published. Your Plans will be valuable only if your staff knows how to use them
and what to do in the event of a disaster. Therefore, we train plan participants
on how to use the Plans, what they should do in a disaster situation, and on their
roles and responsibilities for continuity of operations. Most importantly, we also
manage an exercise/test to help ensure that your Plans will work in a disaster situation
in this phase.
Phase VI - Maintenance. Continuity planning is a living process. Your organization,
its needs and its resources are dynamic. Your Plans must keep pace with your organization's
changes. In this phase, we make our clients self-sufficient and provide the tools
to ensure that the Plans are kept up-to-date. The DRS planning software manages
our client's business continuity management information and eliminates the manual
efforts to keep Plans current.
